1. General Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain decorum, respect others, and adhere to the rules of the program venue. (No alcohol, drugs and or smoking)

2. Health and Safety: Please disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before enrolling. Participation in our programs is at your own risk.

3. Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify program schedules, instructors, or content. Changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Payment Policy: 30% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. Remaining 70% of the fees is required to paid before 72 hours or 3 days of the program starting date.

5. Photography and Media: By attending our programs, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you explicitly notify us in writing before the program starts.

6. Intellectual Property: All content, including course materials, videos, and other resources provided during the program, are the intellectual property of Ayu Yoga. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of this content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability: Ayu Yoga and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the programs or as a result of practicing techniques taught in the sessions.

8. Eligibility: Participants must meet the prerequisites, if any, specified for a particular course or retreat.

9. Force Majeure: Ayu Yoga is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
